1969
Hitesh Steel Syndicate was founded by Mr. Hasmukhrai R. Shah as a brokerage firm in Mumbai’s Masjid Bunder market, initially dealing in the Mumbai market.
1976
Expanded operations throughout the Maharashtra region, dealing in ingots and tor steel bars.
1990
Mr. Sanjay Shah, elder son of Hasmukhrai Shah, joined the firm and began trading, expanding dealings to the Goa region
1996
Mr. Hitesh Shah, younger son of Hasmukhrai Shah, joined the firm, further expanding trading and reselling TMT bars.
2000
Became part of Maharashtra’s largest retail network of TMT resellers.
2007
Opened a registered office with better space in Mulund, focusing on developing efficient and quick responses to customer needs and demands
2012
Transitioned to a private limited company named Hitesh Steel Syndicate I Pvt Ltd, planning for a corporate culture
2024
Achieved the status of one of the top resellers in the Maharashtra region
